She's authored three books, including the 2025 title, Bright Little Girls, which earned a Reader's Choice honorable mention medal. Hollifield—named one of "10 Women to Watch" by the Summerville Journal Scene, is a former president of the South Carolina Writer's Association, a member of Women's Fiction Writers of America, a member of the Junior Service League of Summerville, and a board member of the historic Timrod Library.
