An Afternoon Author Talk with Susan Zurenda Sunday, August 30

No Way Out but Through
Award-winning novelist Susan Zurenda will be the featured author at the Timrod Library at 3 p.m., Aug. 30, talking about her latest novel No Way Out but Through. The book is based on the true story woman who survived the human pain of an appalling childhood and forced child marriage to triumph from her circumstances.
Susan, a former English teacher living in Spartanburg, is also the author of Bells for Eli and The Girl from the Red Rose Motel, both winners of Independent Publisher Book Awards and other distinctions. Susan's short stories have twice won the South Carolina Fiction Prize.
Tickets for this Timrod event are $15 ($10 for Timrod Library members). The author's books will be available for sale at the event.
