Timrod Library Volunteers Needed
The Timrod Library in Summerville, South Carolina, is looking for volunteers to help us run our front desk. Volunteers are key to the operation and atmosphere of the Timrod Library, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit membership library.
We are looking for people who can help us maintain a friendly and welcoming environment in the library. These volunteers assist patrons with finding books, checking books in and out, answering the telephone, signing up and renewing memberships, etc.
We may ask you to help us complete daily accounting procedures and help keep shelves neat and tidy. We have various shifts available with full training offered.
